All our models are available in 5 sizes, because menstruation can start as early as age 10. We therefore offer a special size for girls aged 10 to 11, followed by references ranging from XXS to M to suit teenagers aged 12 and young women approaching 18.

Depending on your flow, you can choose the most suitable level: Super, Medium or Light. Each menstrual panty is designed to offer you up to 12 hours' protection, without leakage or odour. If you have normal to heavy periods (beginning and middle of period, for example), you should choose the Super level. For light to normal periods, choose the Medium level. Finally, the Light level is recommended for the last day of the period, for light urine leakage, or for vaginal discharge (spotting or white discharge). Please note that during puberty, periods can be irregular, and the flow can vary from one cycle to the next. If, during a cycle, your flow is heavier than usual, or if you have a hemorrhagic flow and/or endometriosis, you can use a sanitary protection in addition to your panties, or change your panties during the day. We also offer a waterproof carrying pouch to make changing easier.

All our period pants are designed to be comfortable and gentle on your body.

The organic cotton used in the manufacture of our menstrual pants is guaranteed free of harmful substances and not treated with silver nanoparticles. We also use natural plant fibers. The use of ORGANIC cotton is a real commitment on the part of Sisters Republic to reducing our environmental impact and avoiding the development of health problems linked to the use of products that are harmful to our bodies. We also fight against the use of harmful substances by using textiles certified free of toxic products by the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 label.

Our period panties and shorties have no "diaper effect", but more surprisingly, they're also thinner than sanitary towels. They are less than 3 millimeters thick, for maximum comfort during the day or night.

There's nothing simpler than washing your panties. Once removed, simply rinse with plenty of clean water and put in the washing machine (synthetic program. 30 °C). You can also store your panties in a laundry net to make sure nothing happens to them during washing. Avoid fabric softener, bleach and tumble dryers. You'll be able to keep your underwear in perfect condition for longer.
