How do I choose my size and flow?
In your pack, you can mix and match different absorbency, so you'll always have the right panty for your flow when you need it! We recommend the following absorbency: SUPER: for normal to heavy periods, MEDIUM: for light to normal periods, LIGHT: for the end of periods, vaginal discharge or light bladder weakness. To find the size that's right for you, refer to the size guide next to the sizes to select.
How do you put together a pack for an entire cycle?
For a pack that lasts a whole cycle-and, so you won't have to buy any more sanitary pads for 5 to 7 years 😎!-you can either assemble 3 or 4 panties in your pack if you want to wash your panties in the middle of your period, or take 7/8 panties if you only want to do one machine at the end of your period. In this case, it's best to take 2/3 pairs of SUPER absorbent panties for the first 2 days + one night, 3 pairs of MEDIUM absorbent panties for the middle of the period and one pair of LIGHT absorbent panties for the last day of the period. For the night, our boxer shorts are perfect, as they're super-comfortable and cover like a pair of shorts, so you can even sleep with just a T-Shirt on top! But on all our models, the protection goes all the way up the back, so there's no risk even when you're lying down.
