Once we have received the parcel, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 10 days.
*The panties will then be sent to a textile recycling centre to be processed into new material.
Return conditions:
- Briefs may be returned within 30 days of purchase (as evidenced by the postmark).
- After this period, the trial offer will no longer be valid.. The free trial is only valid for the first purchase on Sisters Republic.
- This offer is valid only on one pair of panties already worn. No additional panties already worn may be returned for exchange or refund.
Can I return unworn panties?
No, you can send back one or more pairs of Sisters Republic panties that you haven't worn, but not in the same parcel as the 30 days test offer, as the return address and form are different.
