Yes, your Sisters Republic panties are ideal for protecting you during sport because, unlike sanitary towels which can slip or fold, the panties-and therefore the absorbent part integrated into them-always stay securely in place. All our models are perfectly suited to sporting activities. However, we particularly recommend the sports boxer, as it's really interlocking and will follow your every move perfectly.

Because we know that changing panties during the day isn't very practical (you have to isolate yourself, take off your pants, etc.). Our period panties can be worn for up to 12 hours without leaking, smelling or feeling damp, so it's not necessarily necessary to change them during the day. Firstly, contrary to popular belief, you don't soak in your own blood, because the 1st layer of fabric is breathable and dries very quickly. The airy weave allows liquid to pass quickly through the inside of the panty, leaving a dry feeling on the surface.
