Can I return or exchange one or more items from my order?

Which items can I return?

You can get a refund for all products ordered from sistersrepublic.shop within 30 days of your purchase (date indicated on the invoice). These conditions are only valid for unworn, unwashed items with their original packaging.

WARNING: if you return an item without its original packaging, you may not be reimbursed. Remember to keep your items in their packaging until you are certain that you can keep them.

Can I return a pair of underwear I've already tried on?

If you wish to try on the underwear to check for size and fit, please make sure to them on over another pair of underwear for hygiene purposes.

Can I exchange my items?

We don't offer the possibility of exchanging items in an order, but you are able to return them for a refund and place a new  order for the item(s) you are interested in.

How do I return an item?

To return one or more items and receive a refund, simply send them back by recorded post to this address:

We advise you to choose a tracked method of postage, as we are not responsible for packages lost in the post.

Who pays for the cost of returns?

All returns are at your own cost and will not be refunded.

When will I get my money back?

Upon receipt and after checking of the returned item(s), you will be refunded within a maximum of 15 working days, via the card or your PayPal account used for the order.

Please note that if you benefited from free shipping when you placed your order, but the order total is less than €40 after your return is completed, you will be refunded the returned item(s) minus a €4.65 contribution for delivery costs.
