How does Sisters Republic washable absorbent underwear work?

How does period underwear work? Our absorbent underwear looks just like regular underwear, except at the gusset which has discreet  ultra-absorbent fabric that drains liquid inwards, keeping your comfortable and dry when you have your period.

Inside are 2 to 3 thin layers (depending on the level of absorption you choose) of an ultra-absorbent cotton fabric that will wick away moisture and dry quickly for zero dampness and no risk of odours.

A barrier layer of waterproof fabric will keep liquid contained and prevent any leakages.

The combination of these 2 materials - which together are no more than 1.5 to 3 mm thick - will keep you fresh and dry all day long, for up to 12 hours at a time.
